The Skincare Range You Need To Try: Clarins Hydra-Essentiel

Sunday, May 27, 2018

If there’s a skincare range which is really worth the £’s then it’s the Clarins Hydra Essentiel range. The range is made for people (like myself) with dehydrated and dry skin. This range helps to moisturise the skin, boost your skins radiance as well. Is there anything else you could want from a skincare range?

First up it’s the Hydra-Essential Silky Cream, which has SP15 in which will help protect your skin from the sun’s UV rays. I’ve been using this for a long time now (I’d say around a year) as I am pretty sure I picked this up as soon as it came out. I love any cream, which will help my dry, dehydrated skin, and this really does the trick. I apply this at night after cleansing and the next morning my skin is SUPER smooth and plump and the perfect base to put my make-up on top.

Clarins Hydra-Essentiel Lip Balm - £19.50 from Boots

The hydra-essentiel lip balm is a newer edition to the hydra-essentiel family but it’s become a firm favourite in my skincare collection. This is a moisturising and repairing lip balm, which gives dry lips a burst of hydration. This lip balm is formulated with Blue lotus wax and organic cupuassu butter and cocoa to soothe and protect your lips. If you suffer from dry lips, I’d 100% recommend trying this out!
Clarins Hydra-Essentiel Cooling Eye Mask - £29 from Boots
Lastly and possibly my favourite product from the hydra-essentiel family is the cooling eye mask. If you’re like me and you have the worst under eye bags when you’re tired you will LOVE this (yes that’s a bold statement!) I have used this pretty much every single day since I bought it and I’ve noticed a huge difference under my eyes. Also, my concealer stays on a lot better as well (which is a win!) You can use this as an eye mask and pop some under your eyes for 10 minutes or you can leave it to soak into your skin, which is what I do!

Have you tried any of these products? What do you think of the Hydra-Essentiel range?
