5 High-End Beauty Products YOU Need Right Now

Thursday, March 22, 2018

Sometimes I think that my beauty obsession is a little out of hand but then I remember that make-up is SO pretty and worth all the time and money… but that means I can advise you all on things like high-end beauty items which are worth the money and some which aren’t worth spending your pennies on.

I haven’t done a post like this in a long time, as there haven’t been a lot of ‘higher-end’ products, which I thought were worth spending your money on. However, I can say whole-heartedly that these 5 products you really won’t regret buying. So let’s get started…

So let’s start with base, as this foundation is one of the nicest foundations I’ve tried and I have never had so many compliments on my skin as I have when I’ve worn this. I posted about this foundation not long ago in my March make-up bag post, as I love it THAT much. If you’re looking for a foundation to help you achieve the ‘flawless’ look then I’d suggest you head to a YSL counter as soon as you can (or just treat yourself to it online here!)

MAC Pro Longwear Paint Pot in Layin' Low - £16 from ASOS
If there’s a product I use every single day without fail it’s MAC Pro Longwear Paint Pot in Soft Ochre and I’ve actually used it all up! Impossible right?! But it’s taken about a year and using it everyday to completely use it up. So when MAC launched on ASOS (yes you read that right here) I decided to pick this up and I absolutely adore it just as much as soft ochre!

I have so much love for this palette after falling a little out of love with Subculture; this palette has restored my faith in Anastasia Beverly Hills. My everyday look right now is using Burnt Orange in the crease, followed by Siena in the outer corner and then using Glistening all over my lids.

Charlotte Tilbury make-up is one of my favourite brands and every single product I’ve tried from Charlotte Tilbury I’ve loved and Filmstar Bronze & Glow is one of them. I use this everyday as a bronzer and a highlighter without fail and this product gives such a natural glow.

MAC Extra Dimension Skin Finish in Oh Darling - £25.50 available here and here
This might just be the prettiest highlighter that I’ve ever seen and it’s even prettier when you’ve applied it. This is basically like the Iconic London liquid highlighter but in a powder form. I love using this on top of my Charlotte Tilbury Filmstar Bronze and Glow as an added extra. What else I love about this highlighter is that it lasts ALL DAY. When I apply this in the morning it still looks the same when I’m about to take this off in the evening. If you’re looking for a new highlighter in your life I would buy this without question.
Have you tried any of these products? Which 'high-end' products are on your wish list right now?
