Beauty: March Beauty Favourites ft Smashbox, Charlotte Tilbury, BareMinerals and More

Sunday, March 26, 2017

Where is this year going? I swear the past few weeks have just disappeared before my eyes. However, I’ve been a huge fan of trying new and different make-up at the moment. My favourite brands at the moment are Smashbox and BareMinerals as you can tell from this post!
Rimmel London Volume Shake Mascara - £6.99 (currently on 3 for 2 at Boots)*
Who doesn’t love a new make-up release? One thing I love about Rimmel is they always bring out such great products. Their new volume shake mascara is aimed at solving all your mascara problems. This mascara gives your lashes clump free volume and defines your lashes at the same time. If you hate to throw away half-used mascara because it dries out or simply isn’t as good as new, this is the perfect mascara for you. And it’s only £6.99 at the moment and on 3 for 2 at Boots as well.
Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation in 2W1 - £31
Estee Lauder double wear has been my favourite foundation for about a year and a half now and I absolutely love it. However, with so many foundation releases on a monthly basis I fancied trying something new. As much as I love using the Urban Decay All Nighter Foundation, I’ve gone back to using my Estee Lauder double wear more often at the moment and save my Urban Decay foundation for a night out instead! If you’re a normal/dry skin sort of girl, this is the foundation for you.

I recently featured this spray in my February favourites and I’ve now completely run out of this I loved using it that much! I absolutely love this spray and when I’ve got less time to get ready this is the primer I reach for. It’s a relatively new product from Urban Decay but I’ve used the travel size for about a month now and so it’s time to get the full size version!

Smashbox Cover Shot Eyeshadow Palette in Blaze - £24

Smashbox Cover Shot Palette in Golden Hour - £24
As you can probably tell if you’re a regular of my blog, I am a huge fan of Smashbox products. I have been loving using these cover shot palettes in Blaze and Golden Hour as they’re perfect for everyday use and they’re super compact too. The colour pay off of these eye shadows is amazing and they last on my eyes all day. My favourite of the two is probably Blaze as it’s got a better colour variety and is great to create evening looks but I love the contrast of the Golden Hour palette as it’s the perfect day time palette.
L'Oreal Paris Brow Xpert in Brown - £5.99
Everyone loves a good dupe right? I have been using the Benefit goof proof my brow for some time now and I’ve recently discovered this brow product from L’Oreal and I’m obsessed with it. Why you wonder? It’s £5.99 and for me it works just as good (if not better) then the precisely my brow pencil. So if you're looking for a cheaper alternative to the Benefit goof proof brow pencil, you need to get your hands on this!
BareMinerals Gen Nude Matte Liquid Lipcolor in Boss, Swank and Friendship - £17
I am a huge fan of BareMinerals and their products never fail to impress me and I absolutely love these liquid lipsticks from one of their most recent ranges. If you’re a fan of natural (no makeup/makeup) sort of girl, you’ll love these liquid lipsticks. I have the shades Boss, Swank and Friendship. I wear Boss and Friendship the most but when I’m going out in the evening the first lipstick I reach for is Swank.
Charlotte Tilbury Lipstick in Pillow Talk - £24
Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk Lipstick is possibly the most talked about lipstick at the moment and it is for all the right reasons. It’s gorgeous nude/pink shade, which looks good on all skin tones. I think it’s the definition of a ‘your lips but better’ shade and it lasts all day. I don’t like wearing this too often (despite absolutely loving it) as it’s expensive and limited edition!

What products have you been loving this month? Have you tried any of these products?
